Gauges

Besides Defi, what are some good quality gauges? I am kind of leaning towards Stri DSD 52mm gauges, but ive never really heard of them before. What have you guys used as some good quality gauges?

Prosport are the only gauges I will ever buy! they are amazing quality, easy install, and they support us rotary guys. the guys at prosport are actually on 7club. i have the amber/white 52mm coolant temp, oil pressure, and wideband. the amber matches the oem dash perfectly at night.

Okay sweet I am loving these Prosports. Everything seems really simple to hook up and aren't crazy amounts of money. What gauges do you reccomend? I am probably going to get the Oil temp and pressure like before, and also the water temp. Would they be worth it over stock?

I use autometers. Not terribly expensive, and good quality.

One reason why I like them is mostly because of their price. If your stock oil pressure gauge works theres really no need for an aftermarket one unless you are going over 100psi or just want the peace of mind of having another gauge. An oil temp gauge is good to have. If you have a S5 rx7, you MUST get a temp gauge. S5 stock temp gauges is horrendous, theres only 3 setting, cold, normal, and wtf overheating lol. If you have a S4, you dont really need a temp gauge, but its good to know what the temps you are running at. With my temp gauge from them, the sender fits right into the stock temp sending unit on the rear plate next to the oil pressure sensor. The thread is a 1/8npt which is the same as oem stock and the sender that comes shipped with the temp gauge.

+1 for Stri gauges. I bought my boost gauge 3 years ago and it's worked without issues. Right now I just have the Stri boost and AEM wideband, but when I rebuild my engine I plan on Stri for oil temp, oil pressure, and water temp. They look great, good quality, have a sweet open/close sequence, and the amber color matches the dash lights perfectly.
