your oil seals are going. you can continue to drive your car like this but keep in mind that fuel reduces down your oil so you'll need to change your oil more often to keep it nice a FROTHY. Eventually you will have to rebuild your engine.

How do you know your oil "has gas in it"? Is it that the oil smells like gas? It's not unusual for engines, particularly a rotary engines, to have a little gas in the oil. If your car has flooded you may have a bit more than normal, but it doesn't mean your engine is toast. The only way to know if you have excessive gas in the oil is to send a sample off for analysis to a lab like Blackstone. And the only way to tell if your engine is "not good anymore" is to do a proper compression test.

how much gas? rotaries always run pretty rich, becuase running lean is bad

if youre not running rich, then its compression test time

Like I said, flooding will not by itself cause engine failure. Ya gotta check the engine compression if you suspect a failed engine.

Also, I doubt it is gas coming out of the exhaust. If you don't believe me, catch some and see if it will ignite. More likely, the liquid is moisture (like H2O) in the exhaust gases that is condensed out by the cold exhaust system and runs out of the tail pipe as water. Once the exhaust system is fully warmed up, the moisture will no longer condense out of the exhaust gases and, therefore, you won't see the liquid coming out of the tail pipe.
