i would prefer something a little bigger but thats just me, the t04B spools nice but IMO doesnt make enough power.

I have that same turbo. I like it but as always, I want more power. It is good for about 300hp @15 psi. Pulls hard all the way til redline, better then the stock turbo!

oh ok i can see from yr cars setup u would know what yr on about(u have a t04 b) the guy reckons it'll push 300+ rwhp but he has it on a series 6 this is only my second car (my first being a stock r32 gts-t) my fc is pretty stock too with only cai and 3" turbo back so yr sort of setup 250-300 rwhp would do me for a while

That made my head hurt...

First of all, "T04B" doesn't many anything useful.
It could be anything from an S-trim to an H-trim.
We're talking about power potential anywhere from 200hp to over 350hp.
We need to know what the compressor wheel size is...

I am now dizzy! Who makes the housings? There are some really crappy pieces of work out there. True; deals and good deals do exist, but beware of what you're getting into. Ask what the compressor housing is...as in manufacturer. I recently came across one that was GLUED together.

Fill it up with a 1/2 Bridge!

YEEAH baby!!

But for a good estimate of power potential, get a measurement of the inducer and exducer on te compressor wheel
