Future Bridgeport Engine setup. Need insparation and ideas!

Right now I'm running a fairly stock s5 T2 swap with a microtech ecu. when I bought the motor to do the swap It also came with enough spare parts to build a second motor. The housings look to be S4, so that's a bummer, and the previous owner looked to be in the middle of bridge porting one of the irons before he sold it So i figured why not make this my high performance motor for when I have the money to start racing. Not drifting or drag racing, but circuit racing (Mainly SCCA track days and autocross events to start).
I'm hoping to make around 550-600, but If i cant ill settle for 450-500 if it comes to it. I do have one major limitation, which is I REALLY don't like the sound of cutting through the body work to fit aftermarket performance items like a FMIC. My FC's body is in great condition and I really don't like the idea of cutting/denting through the body work to make room for more power.
So here are my questions before I dive head long into this project:
1: What is the best intercooler setup for an FC rx7 that doesn't involve modding the body to the point that the mods are Irreversible (I'm ok with relocating or deleting items like the PS, and battery to make room for piping, because I can put it back Later if i want)
2: What is the best Turbo Setup with my LT9C ecu, does anyone have any experience with the micro tech Boost controller?
3: What are the best seals/rebuild kits to use for a 13b bridgeport in this application? (Ive heard about Power Seals but I've heard while they don't shatter they do wear easily)
4: Should I consider adding meth injection or water injection?
5: Currently running a racing beat exhaust, do I need to upgrade when the time comes or is it enough?

I get the feeling like I may be asking to much, so If it cant be done, I'm ok with settling. I just don't like they idea of making modifications I cant reverse in the future. drilling new holes for mounting aftermarket items I'm ok with, but anything past that I feel is a no go. I'd much rather scrap my ambitious project than cut through my baby.
any advice is helpful.

if you want to go racing, find the class you want to run in, and read the rules.

I would start looking into the racing in your area and find which classes the FC can compete in and decide which one you want to race in. Then start looking at the rules for that class. Alot of what you do will be dictated by what the rules in that particular class allows. Bridge ports aren't always allowed. It depends on the class. Maybe someone with some experience racing can shed more light on this.

I too if I go turbo one day would like to avoid cutting as much as I can but I'm afraid it may be a necessary evil in order to get a decent front mount or V-mount(which I'd like) setup.

For now I mean just for track days and rally cross. stuff the SCCA does regularly. Competition is something I'm looking at but not in the immediate future but you are right, ill do my research
