Arrow Fuses

Im looking at the fusebox diagram in the FAQ section. It says that diagram is for a 1991 N\A, but is that the right fuse pattern for all N\As? Mine is a 1986. I seem to be missing a few (6) fuses, which may be why its not been starting....

Also, does it matter if the numbers are all facing the same direction? Going by the way the numbers look, it looks like some of the fuses that are there, are in bass ackwards.

Well there's supposed to be 3 missing ones.

There's 3 spare ones at the top. Are those the other 3 missing?

from the FAQ section, this is how the normal fuse box would line up

30-15-30-15-15
20-10-15-15-30
15-7.5-10-10-15
10-10-15-30-10
30-20-10-15-20

Mine, is more like this... ill put X in for the ones I dont have.

30-15-30-15-X
X-10-15-15-X
15-7.5-X-10-X
10-10-15-X-10
30-20-10-15-20

The left X is a spare fuse. Marked (A)

The middle X is the Meter fuse (7.5A). Marked with (B).

The X in the 2nd to last column is supposed to be missing. Marked with (C).

The top 2 on the right are supposed to be missing. Marked with (D) and (E)

The bottom one on the right is the ABS fuse. Marked with (F). If you don't have ABS...

I don't think the only missing one that counts (Meter fuse) has anything to do with starting.

As far as I can tell it's related to the Over Drive System, Meters/Warning Lights, AAS, Cooling Fan System, Heater/AC, Anti-Theft, Warning Buzzer, Door Lock Cylinder and Ignition Key Cylinder Lights. (I'm not good with wiring diagrams, but that's what it looks like it connects to in the FSM)
