S4 or S5? And the headlight is not related to the illumination fuse.

I'd guess that you have a pinched wire somewhere.(popping illumination fuse).
most likely where the "damage" is from the Crash.
The spots to look would be the Side markers and the Signals.
Headlight sounds like it has no ground(you have one common ground, then one wire for HI and One for LO).Check the wiring on that too.

You'll have to disconnect the plug that connects the headlight harness to the headlight switch and start by looking into the harness plug which mates to the switch and look for the appearance of burn/scorch marks at the terminals of the White/Green wire, Red/Black wire and Red/Green wire. If there is evidence of burn marks then the harness and or switch needs to be replaced.

If there are no burn marks then take a jumper wire and place one end into the harness plug where the White/Green wire is and then replace the Illumination fuse and then stick the other end of the jumper wire into the harness plug where the Red/Black wire resides and this will turn on the tail lights as well as the side marker lights and so on. If the fuse does not blow then basically these lights are not the cause of your fuse blowing.

Next take the jumper wire end that is affixed to the Red/Black wire and remove this end of the jumper wire and place it to the Red/Green wire in the harness plug while leaving the end of the jumper wire connected to the White/Green wire alone and this will turn on the gauge lights and dash lights. Again, if the fuse doesn't blow then these lights are basically not your problem. If the fuse blows under either situation then you have narrowed down the possibilities for the cause of the fuse blowing.
