yeah the lights come on but when you puch the brake pedal they don't get brighter. The horn doesn't work either someone told me they were the same fuse.

well i poped a new fuse in there and it didn't do anything. But there was a red wire running underneath the fuse with the copper touching the fuse i don't know what that goes too.

If the fuse is good, then take a look at the stop light switch. Located in front of the brake pedal I think. Take the plug apart and see if 12v is at the green/white wire.
If 12v is on the green/white wire, then reconnect the switch and then go to the CPU near the left foot, and take the plug off. Put a meter on the WHITE/GREEN wire in the plug and step on the pedal. If you don't have 12v on the meter, ohm out the brake switch. If you do have 12v at the CPU plug with the brake pedal depressed.......well that's for another day.
