I have headlights but no dashlights or running lights. What is the fuse that's responsible for that & where EXACTLY can I find it in the fuse box next to my left knee as I sit in the 1987 RX-7.

It's probably not a fuse. It's probably a burnt headlight switch and sub harness:

Look at the Illumination fuse.
Room fuse?.. Maybe.. also.

There has been a black and white one hanging around my new place. Low and behold, I opened the door and he went right in, picking a spot at the front window, basically making himself at home. Looks like I may have been adopted.
