Fuel Cut-off

All i need to know is where to put the fuel cut-off switch. Any ideas?

there is a fuel pump relay under the steering column w/ about 5 wires or so going to it
i forget which one to cut though, try searching for answer

Look for a yellow plug. Put the switch in the middle wire.

Find the relay under the dash, it's above the steering column. Then find the blue/red wire on the relay.

Now get a 20+ amp switch, and splice it in.

I ran mine all the way from the fuel pump, it wasn't that much work really.

Our fuel pumps already suffer from problems with voltage drop, and you’ve just made that much worse by making the current take another trip from the rear of the car to the dash and back again before it gets to the pump! Bad idea. This is why a switch should be wired into the relay.

Hasn't given me any problems as of yet. Nor anyone I know with the same wiring jobs, but I do appreciate the input. Ill keep that in mind. Perhaps one day when I want to work on my car and have nothing to do, Ill rewire it.
