what is this fuel cut you speek of i may be very interested in buying one...were can you buy them...how much are they...sorry for being a post ninja and stealing the topic but i didnt want to set up another topic...

I've disconnected the fuel pump plug at idle on the n/t and the thing ran for a long, long, long time. More than 15 seconds. I said at idle. Not stepping on the pedal.
