Here is an email that I just got from a Wings West rep, it's concerning the aero kit that they make for the S4 FC. It's available at mazdatrix still and I MIGHT be purchasing the kit due to the very suttle change that it gives the car (I DO NOT want the rear end though because it's hideous). Anyway here's the bullshit he tried to feed me (good thing I talked to Mazdatrix first about the kit or I'd never have bothered asking anything again! But before I talked to them I didn't know it was Wings West anyway )

Besides that, if he's a sales-rep, shouldn't he have access to pictures of a product they sell? For ****'s sake, send the guy back a picture of stock FC, and ask him to photoshop it or something....f#$%ing A, the morons that are in this world

 

I'm still dumbfounded that he even wrote me that. Anyway I emailed him back, but I was "nice"...I let him know of a few more popular companies like Amemiya, Run Racing, and R-Magic...I could've went crazy and named a million more, but oh well. I also gave him a link to here so he could see that we also make OUR OWN ****. People just trying to make a quick buck...it's a shame. I wonder if he realized that I'm not even buying from them anyway...it's coming from Mazdatrix if I DID buy it.

 

I would be leary of anyone with an email with the word "sly" in it.

sad but true...

i had a run in with a muffler shop about a month ago, i called em up and i asked how much for piping and a muffler and whatnot... so he said what car and i told him 88 rx7, and his response was "is that 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder" and just for the **** of it, i said 4... and then right after he said "isnt that the rotary engine?" and i said yep! so instead of a reasonable $100-$150 price he told me $360 i was like ok ill bring her in right away! LOL ******* *****...
