Front Transmission Seal and Gasket Replacement on an NA

I've got to replace the front transmission seal and gasket on my NA.
Looks like its 6 bolts and pry the cover off.
Anything else I should be aware of?
Should I use RTV sealant on this gasket?
Thanks for the help!

Just as a reference for anyone searching this topic in the future;
This seal sits inside the front cover.
Pop off the front cover and pry the seal out using a screwdriver.
Don't use any RTV on the new gasket.

Most imporantly, if you're ordering the seal from Mazdatrix, save yourself the headache and order the front seal from both the 74-92 and the 92-95. If you do a side-by-side comparison the 74-92 seal is slightly taller than the 92-95.

I have a '90 NA and the front seal I ordered from Mazdatrix, 74-92 (all manual trans) Part#16-1030-0603 was NOT the correct seal and did not seat completely in the front cover.

The correct front seal that fit my vehicle was the front seal for the 92-95 Part#17-1030-H501. It was a perfect match to the one I pulled!
My tranny has never been removed before so go figure...
