Exclamation Is this front side housing fixable?

Rebuilding my 88 turbo I came across this and took some pictures. Is this fixable if I use some JB weld and sand it down to rebuild the wall?

If you ran karacks coolant seal savers you may be able to get by for some amount of time. But realistically I would toss that one.

JB weld won't hold indefinitely and looks like the wall is compromised and will break in the near future.

you could try my sleeves which are intended for this purpose.

https://www.rx7club.com/vendor-class...savers-977152/

the current offer is $165 shipped with a more durable/reusable coolant seal set included(designed to be used with the sleeves). will be posting the actual sale threads in the near future as i have just finished the first batch of sleeves(and built 2 customer cars with them).

3 options:

1) pitch it and find a good replacement
2) use the coolant seal sleeves with jb weld to help aid the wall from failing
3) use the coolant seal sleeves and leave the wall as is.

edit: yours should arrive soon Spike.
