front rotor oil lines have no oil.....
i just pulled out my motor today and saw that the two oil lines that run to the front rotor and the front lower intake maifold has no oil in the lines. the 2 lines that run to thr rear rotor has oil in the lines.
could there be some type of blockage?
would the two front lines br the first to drain out if the oil is flushed?
any suggestions?

Well if there's nothing blocking the lines..........wait til you get the engine back in the car and see how things go. Are these lines that you can see the oil in or are they lines that you can't see the oil and can only tell if they have oil in them if you unbolt them and look for oil to come out?
If you can't see the oil in the lines, then there's no way to tell in the future is they are getting oil or not unless you undo them at the OMP and see if something drains out or not.
IF you get the chance, buy some clear teflon lines from Mc Master Carr online. Plus the clamps that hold them on. IT's an easy thing to make the new lines from this material.

Part numbers are there. Buy from McMaster-Carr online.

i'll check tmr when i get home from work and i'll post up. from what i can tell the lines dont seem brittle or weak. i'll double check again just to make sure there are no cracks of any sort.
yeah that write up is really good as far as replacing the oil lines with new and better ones. truthfully i might just do that anyways just because those lines seem tougher.
thanks for the link! ^_^

And the thing is that you can actually SEE the oil oooching up the lines with the motor running. Well you can see it ooching up if they are empty. IF full they just look like.....they're full.
