foam in oil filler, plus Overheating !?

I noticed it earlier but i didn't think twice about the white foam in the oil filler but lately my car has been overheating, after about 45 min - hour of driving the tempurature is already 3 1/4. i was told this could be a possible reason why my car is overheating, is it?

from what i could recall this has never happened before i...
- replaced a leaking water pump
- by-passed heater core beacuse colant was pouring into my passenger seat carpet

i have added oil (10w30), even overfilled it a bit according to the dip stick.

If its in the filler neck, its usually condensation.

Look down at the other related threads.
also,if the car is getting Hot,I would compression test it and Pressure test the cooling system,to rul out coolant seals.
It could be a simple thing though.,As easy as a Bad thermostat,or a clogged heater core or crap in the radiiator causing your Heat up problem.
anyways,good luck.

its in the filler theres a picture of the same problem on one of the related threads https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/foam-oil-filler-neck-530415/

i am sadly betting my money on that it may have a coolant seal, because even after full flushing my system apparently when my friend checked it about a week later there was air my system was assuming because my add coolant light would come on after 30 min of driving. as soon as i would rev to higher rpm it would go way, come to an idle or lower rpm then the buzzer would come back on. but i don't know this is what i think.
