is there a differance between a s5 and s4 lighten flywheel?

They are series specific and NOT interchangeable.

Almost all aftermarket flywheels are balanced to themselves. You then put on a counterweight that balances your rotating assembly.

check out srmotorsports.com. they have a lightweight @ 9.5 lbs. or 12, both include counter balance. if you have a turbo and want lighter check out rx7store.net or mazdatrix.com

There is no difference but turbo and non turbo also weight, of the flywheel. Also remember counter weight add weight also.
