Flywheel

I will like to know if a flywheel is lighten into a lightweight let's say about to 9 lbs, will it affect the alternator power output?

what makes you think the flywheel will change the amperage the alternator puts out?

I was curious if I put new back tires on, would my engine idle differently?

That'd depend on whether you changed over to a lightened flywheel, say about 9 lbs....
