Flushing out J-spec
Alright, I'm getting a j-spec and wanted to see if anyone has a good system for cleaning these things out. After pulling apart my turbo 2 engine and seeing all the crap in there, I don't want to have too much floating around in my engine. Is there any specific things you can add that will take out the buildup without damaging water seals?

Ever here the one about "let sleeping dogs lay"?
You could work in some ATF or Marvel Mystery Oil the day before you fire it up. (I would).
There is some anecdotal stuff on the forum about using carb cleaner or water in the intake of a running engine.
(I would not.)
Then after you're on the road - redline it at least once a day. (I do).
