5 and 6 ports not opening?
1988 convertible new engine all new parts*
street ported stage 2
i just added (2) GSL-SE injectors for the seconderys
worked great big improvment at higher RPMS
now after a month something isnt right...?
no pull at 3-4k injectors still working...yes
acuators stuck....no, 5th and 6th ports not opening???? how do i check? the car runs fine just doesnt give that pull from 3-4k...at higher rpms it doesnt run as smooth, any advice thanks

can you turn the port valves by hand? the actuators are attached to them, so you might have to remove the actuators to get a good grip on the valve cranks, but you should be able to turn them with the engine off.

dezerte: on your page it tells you how to test the actuators..? not the 5th and 6th ports...? do the actuators controll the ports...? if so my acuators are working...did the air hose test...so if the acutors controll the 5th and 6th ports than mine are working?
i have loss of power at 4 rpm...

And i dont think you should have a "loss" of power, you just shouldnt be able to gain any..
You secondary injectors are supposed to activate at 3800rpms...
Could it be that you have the 3800 RPM hesitation?
try doing a search on that, sorry im not much help
