I got a 13b that seems flooded. Started and ran fine a few hours later wouldn't start. Thought it was the starter so replaced it and still wont start. No clue what's going on been reading posts for about a week and checking what it could be and still got nowhere. This is my first rotary and I have no idea what I'm doing with them. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks.
