HELP! Water thermosensor and flooding problems and hesitation problems
Hi guys,
I've been having issues with flooding and hesitation at startup with my rx7 for a while now. The situation is that when the car sits overnight, it will start up perfectly fine and idle perfectly fine with no problems. Then when i drive it it will buck and give me massive hesitation problems below 3k rpms. Now I've checked the fuel injectors and regrounded the wires in the engine bay and I've concluded that the water thermosensor is bad. From what I've read is that the thermosensor can create the problems I am having and now I need to know where to buy this thermosensor and the part number for it.
Can someone please help me with the part number, and where I can buy it? I would like to know if there is an alternative to OEM part, IE made by bosch or beck arnley etc.
Thanks.

Usually can get crappy replacement at a local parts store. Or just call Mazda and tell them what you need. I got my brand new factory thermostat for like... 27 bucks. Works beautifully.

Pin 2I of the ECU is the Water Thermosensor and w/key to on it should read 2 to 3 volts with a cold engine and .4 volts fully warmed up.
