WA Flooding problem pls help

I have an 86 na that floods alllllll the time. When It does start it smokes white which means water. And I've realized since this has all started I lose coolant pretty fast. So my guess is blown coolant seals. Which means a new motor right? So let me know if this is true and if not what is the problem? And i would like to know if anyone knows a place near Spokane Washington where I can get a cheap motor for it. Cuz regardless if it's the seals I need a new one. Anything helps. Thanks!

does sound like bad coolant seals. dry off your leading plugs, remove the EGI fuse and crank the engine a few revolutions then remove the leading plugs and check them for coolant.
