Flooding problem... help

mmm the story goes like this
i have a 91 n/a fc... it ran good for a few months.. then one day i turned my car on and it only cranks... now i found out that it flooded due to the fact the plugs are bad... so i changed the plugs... still cranks.. then the oil... still cranks....

i've checked for every fuel , spark and air i got em all..

but still no starting and running motor...

i've done the unflooding procedure on http://rx7.com/techarticles_unfloodFC.html

but i put marvel mystery oil in instead of ATF fuild.. still no catch.. what else is there to try ?? could it be my plugs have fouled up again? due to cranking ?
oh and my cars been down a month too.
