I finally got my replacement (not rebuilt) engine to start, and all it wants to do is flood. If I shut it off and go to start it 4 seconds later, it floods. It floods pretty bad too, like I have to take out the spark plugs to clear it bad.

Does this sound like injectors to everyone? Any tests I should conduct first? Motor has great compression, so that is not my issue.
