Question First Time RX7

I just picked up a 88 gxl na, and i wanna do everything to this car. first things first though. the car has a hole in the gas tank, but no biggy, ill pick up a new one. I just wanna know the best place for kick *** motor parts or even full cheap turbo motors (13b tt or a 20bt), or even na ones cuz i found a supercharger for cheaper than a turbo kit (about 2500 with headers, no mounts necessary), but its not as much hp if i run it at 6lb boost (30%more hp) as the turbo would give only, on the bottom end. I wanna also figure out what kind of sick a$$ exauhst i should get that i pull next to parked cars and ther car alarms go off. hehe. I think i should just run 4" all the way back from the turbo if i get one. This is my first rx-7. I have a 91 supra mkiii na but it cost too much to do up. got ne suggestions, im open to all. I dont wanna spend over 10,000 on the motor but just about that much, and i wanna spend about 8 grand on the body and rims and fun stuff like subs and stuff that makes the interior look pretty. Im thinking a mariah wide body kit is in order, but the price is up there. i dont know yet. tell me what u guys think i should get. Im open minded.

well unless you have 10g's layin around i would go with 20b also 13btt would be a 13brew if im correct and that aslo takes alot to get it into your car so basicly you can just go to the regular tii swap and go to rx7store.net. i hear the racing beat 3in all the way back is really good but its up to you.you can make your own for cheap just buy some cans off ebay and go to a muffler shop and have them make you 3in all the way back with some resinators.

i agree, 20" wheels, 20" wing, triple T-78 turbos on a 26b would be the best. gotta have at least 4 16" subs.

Nah don't listen to these punks...

Screw that conservative crap -
you want the 43BTT - twin turbo 4 rotor producing around 800bhp with some 5" straight pipes...dump the rest of the cash into filling the hatch with subs.

hmm... the 43b got my attention. I didnt know they had a 4rotor motor out. where can i get one? 5" pipe all the way back would be sick. my buddy had 4" all the way back and it sounded like a mack doin a 150mph. some sick stuff. And as for rx7addict, I think the rx-7 is worth the money. plus with its only 18k, and it cost 30k for the supra to be done up. which one would you do? plus i wouldnt get a newer car done up. I hava a peice of **** 2003 ne ways also. so this is just something to dump LOTS of money in. Because im going on lots of deployments and im saving up. Gotta spend it on something i love, and i lost my ball and chain so nothing better to do. hehe. keep on posting ideas that you all would do please. Ideas so far kick ***. thanx

I hear theyre coming out with 5 and 6 rotor engines, you might want to wait for those, they will be like 1000hp on stock ports, no turbos. But of course you want to strap on one T-78 turbo per rotor, youll be pushing 1700hp at the wheels. Easily as powerful as say a World War Two fighter plane.

People were pulling your leg with the 4 rotor options...The cost would be astronomical....

Guys, unless this thread becomes useful, it's gone.
