Firing on One rotor

This is Odd and A little Confusing.
I took my RX out from a Drive and had something odd happen.
With the Car In gear with the Clutch In It began firing on One rotor.
If I take it out of gear with the Clutch Still down. It Fire’s Normally
And same Deal if you Put it back in gear after taking it out.
What could that Possibly be?
And How do I go about fixing it :/

How do you know it's "firing on one rotor"?

What you are saying doesn't make any sense.
