Talking Finished my first engine swap.READ

I finished my first engine swap with my 1988 rx7 turbo.
Thing runs like a beauty.I have a 2.5" downpipe with
old HKS style catback exhuast,no cat,Greddy air filter, twin power
ignition. It idles very smoothly. The engine is a used Jap
engine. This is the first time i've drove a rx7 and this
thing hauls a$$.The car threw flames when the car was in
3rd and I took off then let off.I did it twice.Did i mention
im only 16.turning 17 in july. : )
I sold the car on the same day.I was advertising it for sell
and someone wanted once i stuck the engine in.So I finished
the car around 2PM and then had to leave to meet the guy
around 9PM.The drive was about an hour and the car was
fine.Even though i was worried the whole way up that something was gonna blow up or fly off. This is just another example of what
a happy owner feels like.Wooooohhhhhhhooooooooo.

Congratulations! Although I can't imagine selling a car right after I put all the work into it without having SOME time to play with it

damn...no offense to you, but I'd never buy a car from somebody who had JUST finished putting an engine in that same day. But hey, more power to you. Congrats.

what in the hell is worth selling a TurboII, and putting a down payment on? esp if you took the time and money to build it, and play with it for a few hrs?... officially nuts, oh well, hope whatever you have now is worth ditching the turbo that shoots flames. have phun
