Fed up with electrical problems - S4 N/A

Got two problems i have and i dont even know where to start.

First.

I bought this rx-7 5 years ago with shaved door handles and i have a button on my key chain to make the windows go down and up to enter my car.(no other buttons on the keychain) SOMETIMES i open the door and hear a "BEEP". Now i hear that beep then put my key in to start it. When i try and start it my lights flash, signals flash, and i bet my horn goes off too but thats disconnected. Its deff alarm related and i dont have anyway to stop it. The only way for me to make it stop is to disconnect the battery then reconnect it. Then i can actaully start the car. What do i do to permanently disable this????? I dont have any kind of aftermarket alarm under my hood.

Second.

My wipers never worked well. Seemed like a short because when i move around the entire cluster it would work intermediately. When i put the wiper switch to the off position it would actually go faster (just started happening tonight) No matter where the switch was the wipers would keep going. I have no clue where to start.

Any help would be great.

EDIT: I know what to do about the wipers now.

Page 95 in the below link shows the wiring diagram for your alarm. The plug( F-77) appears to be located in the area behind or near the glove box. The L/R wire supplies power to the alarm unit. If you remove the power to the unit you will at least have to remove the plug of the starter cut relay and jumper the B/W and B/G wires to bypass it. This is based solely on looking at the wiring diagram!

The plug to the alarm unit is depicted on the page right below the wiring diagram in the FSM, upper right hand corner of page. The starter cut relay is shown on page 16 in the link. This relay is found by the main relay and trailing coil. It has four wires. Instead of jumpering the two wires in the plug mentioned, you could instead ground one "particular" wire (LG/Y) that comes "from" this plug to fool the relay.

EDIT: The B/Y wire, which feeds into the alarm, also supplies power to the alarm unit when the key is turned to "on."

take of the door panel in the car and make sure the wires coming from the lock are disconnected. If the car thinks the doors are unlocked all the time then the alarm will never set

You can also yank the alarm computer. It's under the dash on the passenger side IIRC. Mine used to go nuts also, no matter that I locked and unlocked the car properly.

also if you disconnect the light that lights up the orange "security" in the center console the alarm shouldn't go off lol funny how things in the 80's were made.

That sounds like the easiest way but i dont have the security light in the center console. I pulled up the piece where the light should be and these is no wires under it.

Disconnected the plug and haven't had a problem since. Thanks Walken for the specific detail and everyone else!
