FD VSS into FC gearbox Help
Hey guys,
I am half way on doing this, and i can't seem to find any info on it other than "yes it fits and works if you swap the gears"
Ok all well and good, but how is it swapped? Because the FC VSS gear is pressed and is a single unit with the shaft... The FD you can just remove the gear.
I am guessing we need to remove the FDs shaft aswell? and the FC shaft and gear will need to be re-pinned into the FD VSS?
If it is ONLY the FC gear, how the hell do you remove the gear from the shaft? Or does the entire shaft and gear need to be swapped? I am super confused.
I hope it makes sense.. Thanks for any help in advance..

Unless you need to drive a speedo with a vr reluctor with the same ppm output as the FD there are other solutions..80's Toyota landcruiser has a hall sensor that screws on the FC box directly j,believe it's a m22x1.5 thread and the same square drive tang. They are cheap enough as the Chinese have been knocking them off.
