FD UIM on an S5 LIM

FD UIM on an S5 LIM
Ive searched and searched and searched. But there are no posts that say whether or not it is beneficial to adapt an FD UIM onto an S5 LIM. Has anyone completed this and can elaborate on what needs to be done during the conversion.
