FD Power FC in a FC???

I have a 87 turbo II, I was woundering if any of you have ever seen or heard of this being done: I want to use a FD lower and upper intake manifold and the primary fuel rail cause it uses side feed injectors, and use the stock turbo II secondary fuel rail cause you mod 1600cc injectors to fit it. I was thikning if I did that, I could go on and use a FD front cover and wiring harness and use a power FC instead of having to get a non-"plug and play" ECU like haltech or microtech. I'm just not sure if the FD wiring harness will work with stuff like the turbo II gauges and the reverse light plugs that are on the tranny in a FD and ect ect.

ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREAT!!!

I'm using a power fc that was originally from an fd. I had to change to map sensor, and it is supporting my stock guages.... The previous owner did the install and had it configured for the car. Its a 1990 TII. If u have any questions id be glad to fine them out for u.

using the FD harness would be a cluster ****, too many additional bungs and the tranny harness is completely different than an FC.

You can make a harness to adapt the FD PFC to the FC... for S5s anyways. My tuner said he could do this for me if I decided to go the PFC route.

The PFC is only available in japan for s5 models and only comes in the AP model which is much more expensive than a standard PFC.

i'm sure it is possible but it would basically require making a whole new engine harness using only the required connectors.
