Easy install. Just pull and replace the FC pump. Use the FC screen and not the FD screen. You'll notice no power increase unless you're running out of fuel now, but at least you'll have a pump that will keep the engine supplied with fuel and not run lean. At least not from a pump issue. Hope you have electronics to increase the fuel into the engine when you're running that high of boost.

A boost controller CANNOT lower boost past what the wastegate can naturally achieve. What does this mean? It means that if you are seeing 12 PSI without a boost controller, then the minimum boost you can "dial in" with the controller is 12 PSI.
You need to port your wastegate.
You need to port your wastegate.

There are a few things you need to know that no one is telling you.
At 12psi your reaching the max of what the turbo can handle (although some people have pushed it to 15-16). I would say 12psi is the safe limit.
What you need to worry about now is tuning the car. You can throw more fuel at it, but unless you know exactly what's going on during the burn, you're just wasting your time.
To tune the engine you need to get at least an SAFC and an O2 sensor (perferably Wideband) so you can tune your car to run properly and to keep from damaging it.
Yes the FD fuel pump will help, but only if your at the max of the turbo which is kind of sounds like.
The other problem is you're going to reach the limits of your injectors and should consider upgrading you secondaries to 720cc.
Of course, If it was me I'd buy/work in this order:
SAFC-II
Wideband.
Port the waste gate
Injectors
Fuel pump.
You really don't need to the boost controller right now.
