hi all while i have used the seach and found relevent info on this. i just wanted to make sure its as simple as taking the guts out of the fd diff and putting them in the fc housing. is there any thing else i would need to do or is that it

 

It's a direct swap, but you still have to check backlash and tooth contact. Follow the instructions in the FSM or have a mechanic or diff/trans shop do it for you.
