Has anyone ordered from these guys before? If so, how long did they take to process your order? I placed an order a month ago and I still haven't gotten my products. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get a e-mail response. I'm just a little pissed as I haven't gotten my stuff yet. It's been way too long.

Let me know your experience with them.

 

What did you order from them Mike? I never heard of them until now though to answer your question, which makes me wonder.

Oh and I got my FMIC yesterday! I'm psyched.

 

That's awesome dude! Your car should run really good with that FMIC.

I ordered a air pump block off plate and a 3 pod radio gauge holder. I wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered a set of block off plates about a month ago. (11/08/02)I did take a week or 2 for the emailed order process but still nothing has come in the mail.

 

That sucks. I hate it when this happens, you order something you need and they take a long time. I hope I get the stuff I orded this year

 

One the behave of myself the gauge panel you ordered was made by me. I received the order but could not fulfill it because the cash was never sent my way. You should have ordered it directly from me. Greg is the owner of the site and he is totally MIA. Sorry I can't help you anymore.

 

Tha's okay man. I really love your gauge panel. I just ordered it through the wrong person. I just hope Greg or Nick Barnett get my order processed so I can enjoy my gauge panel like so many have.

Yeah I ordered the 3 gauge panel from fcpower and haven't recieved anything from them. sent the money too!

Greg was running FCpower but like 1FastT2 said he's MIA...I haven't seen or heard from him lately...I hope he's ok

 

I talk to Greg all the time, we bought his white fc about a month or so ago, and he said he was having problems with his dad and was moving out, so i know it may have been a long time, but he has been trying to get everything setup in his new place. He will get to your order as soon as he can.

 

Thanks for the info guys. Know I know why I haven't gotten my order as of yet. I did get an e-mail reponse from him saying Nick was incharge now. Anywas, goo to know he's still doing okay and trying to get his stuff orginized again.

 

I tried to buy the radio bezel from them and i ended up emailing them saying wtf and it took them another week to respond but he did refund my money with that response...So likely hes just extremely busy.

Yes I send them all UPS ground unless its going to Canada. The day I receive your money is the day I send it out. No waiting around when you order something from me.

Well guys, sorry this happened. When you received the email stating that "I was in charge", I got the same thing. I was totally clueless about what was going on. I did try and contact Greg, and I finally got ahold of him. He gave me a few AIM screen names, one for 1FastT2 and another, but I dont think they were correct because I never saw any of them online.

As for the delays, I don't have anything to add. I'm very sorry this happened. I talked to Greg today and he said that he is refunding everyone's money for any outstanding orders and will be placing the site in suspension until he has more time. There were some personal issues, we all have them... unfortunately, this stuation was very ill-timed. However, you all should be getting refunds this week, which is what I was told. If anyone wants to chat about, feel free to AIM me @ LoTekJunky
