FC Aero parts fastener help

Adding a used set of aero rear wheel spats to my car and I can tell the obvious green circle uses fairly easily obtained hardware for securing. But need help with the red circle ares Under the rocker panel is just plastic looking inserts on the car.
What hardware secures these three spots on each side. example photo's attached.

Thank you,

-M

Figured it out. The plastic grommets are already in the rocker panel. You just have to tap them to accept screws. I used a generic stainless screw and washer to prevent rust ect. since it won't be seen Stainless is okay for me under there. The side spoilers I obtained cleaned up well. I'll add some photos later.
