hail on FC bonnet

My bonnet was damaged from some fairly light hail but none of the other cars in the area suffered any damage at all. It must be because FC bonnets are made from an alloy to make them lighter. Are they easy to repair?

Aluminum. Have seen paint-less dent removers take numerous dents out of an aluminum hood/body parts.

And a soft aluminium at that. My other car is aluminium (Insight) and has never suffered any hail damage. Yet years ago just before I was going to paint the FC, there was a hail storm and afterwards the hood looked like it has been parked at the end of a driving range.

Paintless dent repair should be able to remove the dents. If they are minor, you may even be able to pull them out with a plunger. Stick plunger over dent, pump it up and down, check dent.
