Well... That is certainly not normal, and those sparks that erupted from the pipes have me pretty concerned... What exhaust is it?

Did you remove the cat when you put the new exhaust on? Do you have your ACV hooked up and working? It's just backfiring.
There is a ground wire from the exhaust to the body at the driver's muffler. But that's not the issue here.

Looks normal to me.

That is just muffler packing and carbon being shot out.

Once you blow out all your muffler packing you will still shoot little bits of carbon that will bounce down the road.

Making sure you have no exhaust leaks will greatly reduce this as there will be less oxygen available in the exhaust system, but still air gets sucked in the tailpipe when you get off the gas.

Smaller piping will keep the exhaust velocity up and decrease the amount of air sucked in the tailpipe on decel.

its racing beat everything back to off-brand mufflers. so no cat but presilencer Also ACV is gone and blocked off

wouldnt really be a grounding issue since theres no electricity going to your exhaust... but as people said its just backfiring and shooting out carbon and packing
