Look through the Corksport exhaust, and Apex'i N1. You could also make a custom application, etc. I like N1 personally.

lol @ "comes out at an angle"

do you even know why some exhausts do that? hint: not because of looks
2nd hint: completely useless and rice in a FWD.

I wouldn't trust ebay products. Go corksport or racing beat.

lol wut?

But yeah, Racing Beat FTW. N1s are loud as hell, and unneeded for a ~100 hp n/a. Also, don't go larger than 2.5" with the exhaust on an n/a, Any larger and you lose power.

dont really know why some are like that but you dont have to be a dick about it.

im guessing to go around the differantial maby?

but i like it becasue the offset tip which slants at an angle makes it look more aggressive

NA with a single exhaust will produce well over 140 dbs when you hit above 4k PRMs. If noise and the constant drone are okay, then go with Corksport.
Yes, talking from experience my friend. I can only compare the sound to a chainsaw on steroids. Good luck!

well i live in the deep south so noise isnt really a problem. i would like to have a deep sound but i know with an fc that probably isnt going to happen.

It can happen, but not with an N1. If you want a deeper sound, but still be pretty loud, The Apex'i GT spec sounds pretty good (I've never heard it in person, but it sounds pretty good in these videos):

Honestly though, if the car is daily driven, the noise will get old fast. I think Racing Beat is the best way to go. It's quiet at idle and cruising speeds but it screams when you open it up. And the near-stock look keeps the law off your back.

Yea. Don't buy it.

Save your money and buy something decent. The ebay systems are probably inferior, will probably sound bad, and will probably fall apart quickly. Save up another month and buy something worth putting on an FC.

you could always piece together a mixnmatch exhaust for like 75 bucks until you get a bit more scratch to buy one of the nice ones.

To be honest I think the corksport exhaust is a rebadged ebay/ssautochrome. I had them both and they look identical. Just go to the site and compare the pics.

***DISCLAIMER- this is my opinion, not a fact, I'm just speaking from what I seen between the 2 systems. Yes, I have had them both.***

So if you were interested in the corksport, go with the ebay one and save ~$200

If you got the dough, go with Racingbeat, its been proven to be a great exhaust.

When I bought my FC, I needed a new exhaust to pass emissions, but wanted a big enough exhaust that I wouldn't have to redo it when I went to turbo later - I ended up with a single 3" off the manifold into dual 2 1/2". With the strength of the exhaust pulses I had, no back pressure and all the room to rattle around in, my friend with a '68 v8 Camaro said that it sounded "like a v8 with a mean cam in it".

It's also safer, because you're not going to be talking on your cellphone while you drive anymore.

It says it comes with a removable silencer. That may mean it comes with a silencer that might replace the CAT but will not replace the cat itself.

Edit: a ton of emphasis on "Might"
