Excess oil in TID from New Turbo

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I had a Hybrid Turbo built by Garett for my s4 T2. I have not driven it more than around the block, and idle. I have been chasing a intake leak. When I tore down the engine today, i noticed a fair amount of oil in the TID. Maybe, 2 tablespoons. Fresh, clean oil. There is also oil in the pipes on the cold side of the FMIC. I feel this is quite a bit. Any ideas suggestions are welcome.
thanks

Well, it is a garret hybrid turbo. Rotaryshack had it done for me. He is going to send me all the needed stuff to fix this.
