European S5 TII FRP with 2 vacuum lines

Hi, two vacuum lines arrives to the FPR of my S5 TII. I have searched a lot and I found nothing about this, and the workshop manual shows pictures that dont correspond to my car (vacuum diagrams).
I have also got 5 solenoids instead of 4.

Does anybody knows what is the other (the middle one) vacuum line for?

I have removed the rat nest, air control valve and the charcoal canister. What is needed to go fine with this stuff removed?

The other photo is the right side of the throttle body, I have 4 connectors instead of three.

Thanks a lot

Thanks, but I have already removed the rat nest, I need to know how this fpr works for connecting the vacuum lines to somewhere equivalent without the rat nest.
Thanks a lot

are the european s5 t2's like the Japanese? or are they in their own category?

either way, I would keep both vacuum lines running to manifold pressure unless somebody has a better idea. it's best not to take risks with something like that.

Plug both into the manifold. They both take vacuum. I've seen this setup before on a lot of engines i by over seas. You can also put an american rail and eliminate the other line. either way they both work just fine. So find two empty vacuum ports and plug the lines in there and you'l be all set.

Thanks a lot. I was afraid of putting both to vacuum because it seems each one is for each side of the diaphragm, and it could make less pressure if one pushes for the other direction.

Thanks one more time

My educated guess, since one line is on each side of the FPR, is that maybe one raises the fuel pressure (under boost) and one lowers it (as in the rest of the FPR on our cars). I'd try and see if a Mazda dealer over there has the FSM for a european RX-7, and ask to read/copy a couple of pages (bribe the service manager with some churros).

The nipple on the fuel side of the regulator (left side of the picture) should only see vacuum, and the nipple on the right side should only see vacuum. The nipples on the intake manifold have check valves in them, so use the appropriate ones on the pressure regulator.

i have the same issue here, after removing all emissions.

the extra FPR line is operated by a solonoid on the rats nest. from what was explained to me, this has to do with either hot or cold start, then it slightly alters the fuel pressure...
i already bought a j-spec fuel rail, which has also the single FPR
