Misclleneous for money you should have extra just in case you run into problems.

For shop labor, I would charge 10 - 12 hours.
Multiply that by per hour rates.

i was gonna get this... http://fnf-motors.com/index.php?main..._car.php&id=37
then get the rest of the TII parts i need off a donor hopefully... how much do u think i can get the rest of the parts that dont come with the motor on that site......like driveshaft , halfshafts..rearend..etc. for the full conversion.

Drivetrain parts are pretty cheap - check the for sale sections - but they are hard to find in certain areas.
I would think $500 in cash should get you the driveshaft, rear diff, and rear axles pretty easily.

A full 13BT + Turbo II drivetrain swap would be around 20 hours of labor.
I would charge around $1,000 for the full job if nothing else goes wrong, and parts are clean.

I am in the middle of doing this exact swap right now. Alright I bought my J-Spec S5 Engine w/ the full wiring harness, ECU, 5spd Tranny and Intercooler all for $1250. I picked up a T2 Driveshaft for $75 and bought some Mazdaspeed Racing Diff Rear Mounts for the N/A Rear End that were $90. I am paying the shop $2000 for the entire swap and this is into a 88 GXL. They are also removing all the emissions from the engine, installing Boost Guage, Boost Controller and 3in Full Exhaust and cleaning the Intake Manifolds and some other stuff. They are also tuning my S-AFC. All in all it should be worth it....I didnt want to get tied up with doing the S4 N/A to S5 Turbo II swap. But man the car will definitely be runnin mid to low 13's.

IF you're paying for all the parts and work from outside sources, plan on 2-3000 for a basic near stock install. More for mods, obviously. I usually sell a rebuild ported turbo engine with no emissions, all electronics and drivetrain for the swap for $3000 or so, installation is extra.

IF youre doing it yourself, you can get by for less than 1500 most of the time.
