Engine & Tranny installed today!

Yehaw, got the engine and tranny installed today, a few more things to go and I'm all set to fire it up and squeel with delight. I plan on posting pictures but my damn is dead at the moment. Give me about 5 minutes and I'll have some questions/pictures up.

hypntyz has supplied me with about 80% of the parts for this conversion, so I can see why he's anxious. Anyway, I'm headed to the garage now, I'll be back with pictures

That is one big project. Are you going to block off the ACV? That is gonna be fun getting that broken stud fixed

Yeah I believe I would have drilled and tapped that while the engine was out.

Nice pics. Thanks for not making them such a godawful high resolution this time

Wankel: I tried Yeah, I didn't realize it was a broken stud until the engine was installed, I had thought it was a little guide for the ACV so it sat correcly, I guess I was wrong!

Oh, and yes wankely7, I will be blocking it off. One less vacuum hell to go through! I should have the wiring harness/afm/fan/alternator/radiator/oil cooler lines/hoses hooked up by next wednesday. Hopefully I can get it out of the garage soon!

Another update: Just ordered a RB downpipe from rx7store.net, should be here Monday, got spark plugs, fuel filter, half-shafts so I can finish my turbo rear-end install tonight, got the slave cylinder on, going to put the starter/rear end/driveshaft on tonight and hopefully I can find a hydraulic clutch line locally. Just waiting on my parts to come in the mail before I can finally fire it up!
