I'll give you both.

Anyone know if a Ford (Borg Warner) T5 Bellhousing will bolt up to a Ford (Borg Warner) T56?
I am aware of the Rotary to T5 plate.

My engine is propably suffering from a bad water seal, so if the block sealers do not work I might go for a rebuild or swap. (just have to find a spare engine and a place to do it) So I could really use the write-up for a N/A.

Thanks!!

( Marco .

that's a good writeup.. worked fine for me on my '90 TurboII. Thanks a lot.

Only things I'd change on the TurboII removal is: You DON'T have to remove the intake all the way up to the turbo, matter of fact, if you try, you'll just get frustrated. Pull the intake stuff off the turbo when the engine is out, and put it back on when the other engine is out.

Another thing is this: To remove the wiring harness (for an engine swap) you need to remove the upper intake manifold. Didn't mention that this must be done and how easy it is to do. Might want to mention that because most people are doing engine swaps, not just removal and reinstallation.

Also when I pull it out would it be easier to replace the clutch with the trans still bolted to the car or to take the trans out with the motor and just fo it outside of the car?

Can I have a copy of the N/A writeup please? Commando99@comcast.net
Also, does it say anything about how to remove the manifolds? Because I'm trying to take them off right now in order to port them (while the engine is still in the car), and this is the first fairly complex thing I've done to my car so far.

Man, this is really cool of you dude. I am gonna wait for the online picture and video versions of the write-up though (just incase I do need it, I will have the images to help me not botch it up). Cant wait man, really great of you to do this for the community. Hey, how you gonna get 24k in one summer? I need to get myself a summer job like that ...I also need to get myself some parents that can afford a personal T1 line, lol

Let us know some details about the anodizing you can do too.

Later,

SomeDude

Hey Rico,

You see how many "newbies" popped up on this thread? What'd you do...start a revolution? Good stuff, I read over the procedures and it's VERY correct. Too bad I've done more FD swaps than FC...now that I think about it, I have done more SR swaps than FC swaps ...

...but to Sean...this is what the Forum's about
