Unhappy Engine problem, not sure....?

well got some wierd stuff going on,
first thing in the morning ill start my car to keep from it running cold, it stays lean until i go out to drive it then will hold near rich, while driving. then when i let it idle afterwards itll be riched out
while its sitting in the driveway its blowing out steam which i assumed was just water vapor, but on the ground theres a bunch of little black spots inside the wet area on the ground.

then when the cars been driven around and i get to where i gotta be( in the past would count to about 30 sec. and turn it off, but would seem to flood, and id go through the deflood proceedure) now i count to 30 sec. rev to about 4k then let it run down to about 1400rpm and turn it off. and it would start fine after that. it started doing it again despite the rev up, so i thought plugs, they were done for so i swapped them. but it is still doing it. it seems to be once the engine has cooled enough it will start, but if not i have to do deflood...

also and im not sure if it matters hot or cold, but while the car is sitting and iddling the engine will drop from 950><, to 850><, and puff out what smells like an abnormal amount of oil burn........

anyone?

if it's flooding like that, maybe your compression is getting low. have you tried a comp test?
