Engine failure? Oil control rings?

So driving back home the other night after a hwy pull 3rd-4th pull the engine suddenly bogs down. I let off and the car runs fine for a bit. 10-15 min later it starts surging on the hwy. I pull over and it dies. I get it started but it sounds like its purring? Acceleration is awful. Like it's bogging down. Get 3-5 miles down the road and it bogs hard and dies when I let of the gas. I pop the clutch it fires up and I roll into a gas station.
I checked the exhaust pulses with the plugs out and they don't sound to far off.
Fast forward to today and I've got the engine down to the keg to pull. Stick my finger in the exhaust ports and all the seals feel fine? They spring back and I can't feel any scoring.
But...the front housing is filled with what looks like oil. Every rotation brings oil. Quite a bit and my catch can is half full. Usually it takes forever to even get close to even 1/8th!
At this point in thinking oil control ring. Any idea from you guys?

That might be right, an oil seal could've failed somewhere. Is it leaking everywhere from the front of the motor or is it leaking into the actual housing itself?

Just into the housing. Could be coolant I guess as well but its so runny. The motor is almost ready to be pulled.

Hmm, the only way oil really gets into the housing would be through the E-shaft which is kept separate with the oil rings. The oil tubes or jackets through the side of the housing usually don't break as far as I've ever seen.

Oil in the chamber is a sign of oil control rings if the car is non turbo. But once the motor is apart its obvious if the oil control rings are shot.

Would coolant degenerate the carbon buildup on the rotor making it into a liquid? Also after going back out it smells like gasoline in the rotor. Even after 3days of sitting.

Edit: dead injector?

Just did comp check. Front rotor was 0. Rear rotor was 60. I did this by using a reg piston type comp test with a harder valve still in. Even holding the valve open showed 0.
