Engine bay harness pic request

Assembling my 88 NA and the wiring harness in the engine bay was detached an unrouted from it's original location. I was wondering if anyone had pictures of the harness routing. I have it routed in some spots but in others I would like an exact routing to be sure it's perfect.

Engine is out of the car and that harness is still attached to the engine. I suppose it would be the body harness. Its the one that snakes around the entire engine bay. Here's where I'm at with it:

yes, i still have the body harness, just recently re-re routed that also, i think it's how it suppossed to be now. I can make a pic this evening when i'm @ garage but in the meantime you can look for the alternator wire+ connector.. that should run over the steering shaft (or whatever it is) i had it under there and it rubbed the wires. I got it in the right place when i attached all the gearbox wiring under there and searched for the oil pressure sender connector and tried to connect all of these (then the right route came itself) you can do that part when the engine is on.

So the harness comes from driver's side firewall- goes on the same side on the strut-on top of the frame rails, then there should be some left front light connectors for the light ofcourse, the loom on my car goes to the front end(where the horns are, strong pipe thingy) through some hole or cavity near the left headlight
You should then notice the horn connectors (it's good to attach all the connectors step-by-step, then the harness holds itself)
After the horns comes the right headlight- connect all of these

On the end of the harness should be a front fender turn signal connector, atleast on the euro model.that is the farthest point if i remember right.

I guess there are other connectors also what i can't remember right now but it should atleast go on a route like that.

no pics, but it goes diagonally down the inner fender, and then it sits on top of the frame rail, there are 2-3 places where it actually bolts to the car for this run.

there is another leg as it goes under the battery tray, again there are a couple of bolts here. then it tucks under and gets ziptied to the round tube and goes across to the other side. they use the fancy zip ties that are reusable (but the guy before you cut, S083-67-253), and clip into a hole in the metal.

on the passenger side it has a couple of places that bolt up (grounds).

the only real trick is how it goes around the battery harness

It's actually quite easy if you start to look at the connectors and where they should go.

That's very true but the issue is how its routed in the front of the car around the tube. I've figured out most of it on the first go around.

i try to dig up as much pics as i can find but mine just goes like that

it probably should go in front of the round tube.. if you look at the attaching thingy
i hope these pics will help, just zoom in there.

That was helpful thank you! The issue that I'm running into is that the harness was drug on the ground for so long that its no longer contoured to its original shape. I'll just do the best I can with what I have and see if I can route it well.
