Endlink nuts hitting on chassis

So for the longest time my rear racing beat sway was on upside down (PLEASE dont ask) and now that i have it on rightside up the endlink nuts are making solid contact with the chassis (spot shown in picture). Its really affecting suspension travel, not to mention worrying the crap out of me. Im worried that, due to the visible damage to the nut itself (not visible in picture), it could eventually break the nut to where i cant remove it or even break the stud. What can i do? Racing beat CLAIMS that their sways are compatible with stock endlinks, is there anything they owe me or could do for me? Any suggestions on fixes?

Can you try to get more photos of where it's hitting? I'm currently going to switch out my rear sway bar as well.

Okay so there is definitely solid contact between the endlink nuts and that structure above them. This is from the drivers side. Clearly an indentation where the contact is

And HERE is the terrifying passenger side! Its making solid contact with the BRAKE LINE. WTF. Is there something i have on wrong?!?! Do any of you see something off in the picture? I really hope this is just a dumb mistake on my part that can be corrected easily.

I would guess that the sway bar was bent when you had it installed upside down...

for a free solution, just take the sway bar off for now or put the stock one back on. most turbo cars don't run one anyway.

you need to replace that brake line... it's like $30 from the dealer

Ive heard of not running one. What are the ups and downs of that? Is it in any way harmful?

they rear end won't rotate as well in tight turns, but you'll have more traction.

Those stock plastic endlinks are done for anyway. If you intend to run a sway bar replace those things. As far as not running a rear sway bar, ill sometimes disconnect mine for AutoX or drift days, but I reconnect it after as I dont like the way the car feels on the highway without one.
