yes when your car is flooded then you will see fuel on the plugs. take out both leading plugs and crank your car or have some one else crank it for you so you can see if any fuel is coming out of the plug holes.

to me it sounds like you injectors arent working right if you plugs are bone dry and also i beleive it might be time for you to get new plugs

check your fuses. If it just died, it sounds electrical. Check Fuel pump voltage.

well its not that i need 2 pumps .. the oe one is dead as in no longer working .... and the screws that hold it in have turned them iselves into little ***** of rust meaning there are nbo longer heads its just fused to the tank 'so yeah ... my question is .. will the inline pump just suck through the non functional oe pump?

electricle guru NEEDED

alright wqell i have posted a coule times in the last 24 hours trying to source my lack of fuel problum ,, well ive established that my egi relay is fully functional and my pump also works .... i tested the relay and i bypassed all electricle and boosted my pump off an old car battery .. fuel just started coming out thus meaning a functional fuel pump ..... now that leads me to belive that there is only one more spot that i could have a problum ... the relay that is located behind the gauge cluster i for get its proper name but yeah that one .. i havntr been able to find it but ill be honest ididnt look to hard im a bit to chubby to fit under my dash lol. now my question to anyone with knowladge on the subject is are relays all basicaly the same and if i were to buy one or get one from any car would i be able to use it ?... or would i have to use the mazda specific relay ?. .. and also id like to know if anyone with fuel system expericance can tell me that i might be forgetting somthing else?... this car is my dd and ive already had to miss a days worth of work because of it and unfortunatly i cant afford to miss any more ... so any knowlageable response would be SUPER awsome
thnx in advance
brian

Install a good ENGINE fuse and go to work. See the FAQ on this site for the location of the ENGINE fuse.

Are you ...................ah, never mind.

The ENGINE fuse feeds the MAIN RELAY and the CIRCUIT OPENING RELAY. The CIRCUIT OPENING RELAY feeds the fuel pump. Get a free download of fhe fsm and take a peek.

rotary downshift Your 3 bumps in this thread have been deleted. Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd Gen Rx-7 technical section.

Why do you think that you are so much better than anyone else and that your question is more important than anyone elses??? Do it again, and your thread will be locked.

In addition your mutiple threads all on the same subject have been merged.

Do not start mutiple threads all on the same subject. It adds to the troubleshooting time, and makes it harder to help you, as well as wastes space.
