Consider this: when the engine is cool and the thermostat is closed, the engine is turning a pump that is unnecessary. Above 3K rpm, the pump is making more than enough pressure to properly cool the engine. An electric pump that only comes on when it is needed, and never pumps harder than neccessary would yield some improvements. I doubt it would be much, but for everyone who has removed every other concievable belt, it should be worth it. In fact, I'm keeping my A/C (or rather, installing a new belt when it starts to warm up again), and I just added this pump to my favorites list of car parts web sites.

EDIT: as an alternator would probably be the last thing left after a water pump.

Don't forget it would also be a bonus to run the pump like an electric fan AFTER the engine was off to circulate the coolant more than the convection currents can. It's also going to be cooling your turbo as it's got a water jacket too.
I'm curious how much current it draws too. If you're making the alternator work harder there's bound to be a point when the extra power required becomes a problem.
Still, no more cavitation at high RPM sounds good to me!
It sure looks like it's going to be UGLY when it's all plumbed in though. All these -12 and -16 lines snaked out around the alternator belt...
