Electric Condensor Fan
I've spent sometime looking for a replacement condensor fan to no avail.
I can't run my A/C because the high head pressure was raising the core temp.
Since I live in Florida A/C is a must last week was painful.
Is there a fan out there that I can use to replace it with?
Or is there anyone on the forum that has one they want to sell me?

I need to troubleshoot this fan. My AC fan will not come on . I suspect a bad thermoswitch but Shouldnt the fan come on with the AC regardless of the thermoswitch being good or bad?

you can bridge out the pressure switch by putting a metal paper clip between both terminals not a common fault but they do fail, espically when the filter isnt changed and crap can get in them.

Key to ON. Then pull the single green/black wire off the water thermo switch. The fan should come on. Engine does not have to be running.
Or pull the Meter fuse with the key to ON. The fan should now run.
Or pull the EGI COMP fuse and the fan should run if the key is to ON.
Or ring the wires out per the page Bc of the 87 FSM and find out why the fan did not run.
The fan should have run if you did any of the first three things I mentioned.
And it never hurt to have the cooling fan fuse in good shape for the fan to work.

Sorry thanks ..I searched and found it, and got off my lazy butt and went outside in the 90 degree 60% humidity and pulled the thermoswitch wire . got 12vdc at the wire fan connector, so i pulled my fan out. any hints on what a good replacement would be. Im thinking just pull a fan from a car that has a simular blade size and mounting (3bolt is pretty common import fan type) and swap it in the 'frame' Any particular car I should look for?
Thanks again guys.
